When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Delivery of your order may take 3-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Business days and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We will email you when your order has shipped with essential tracking information.
What if my order is damaged?
We take extreme care in packing and shipping your order. However, we do realize that sometimes damage does occur. If you receive any damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Please include your order number.
What if I need to return my order?
Products purchased online from Backyard & Beyond may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your concerns and reason for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of a manufacturing or shipping error on our part, we will happily refund your shipping costs.
